An experienced organizational psychologist and HR executive, Linor has deep expertise in scaling companies within the venture capital and cybersecurity ecosystems.
Before joining F2, she served as VP of HR at YL Ventures, where she built the firm’s HR value-add program from the ground up and worked closely with portfolio founders on key hiring and organizational decisions.
Previously, as Director of People at Axonius, a cybersecurity unicorn, Linor established the company’s global HR department and infrastructure and supported its hyper-growth stage as a strategic partner to the executive team. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Argus Cyber Security and Playtika.
Linor holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MA in Organizational and Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University. She is also a licensed psychologist.
